Instructors planning to present at OLLI's fall open house will be asked to fill out this form so that the OLLI office can compile instructor presentations ahead of time. Each presentation will be around three minutes long, and instructors will be told their presenting order in advance. The OLLI office will use the course description and instructor biography information that was submitted on the course proposal form.
